I am Miranda Carlu, an ADHD and Career coach. I am dedicated to helping clients with ADHD navigate their pre- or post-diagnosis journey.My passion for ADHD coaching stems from my own experience with ADHD and the profound impact the diagnosis has had on all aspects of my life. Don't worry however if you don't have a diagnosis yet or feel like you don't need one. My coaching service is aimed at helping anyone looking for solutions to their unique challenges. In addition to ADHD coaching I am also an accredited Career Coach.

My approach is personalized, compassionate yet direct. I believe that each individual with or without ADHD has unique strengths and challenges, and it’s my job to help you discover and harness these to your advantage.

More than coaching
Outside of coaching, I enjoy reading, learning new skills and going for walks. I am also blessed with 3 amazing kids which puts me in a unique position to understand the challenge of navigating motherhood with ADHD and raising neurodivergent kids.
I also enjoy finding solutions for complex business cases through my work as a Freelance Consultant for tech companies.
